The apartments are quite clean, and overall both the service and cleanliness are very good. The only downside I would mention is that the pool is not really a proper swimming pool; it is quite small and only reaches waist height or lower. It also has no steps or access ladder, so getting in could be difficult.

We rented a room that was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, a fridge, air conditioning, and more. There is also a very well-maintained courtyard with a swimming pool. If you are visiting Bolonia, this is a great place to stay.

It has everything you need; nothing is missing. They are not very modern, but everything is very clean and, above all, the location is perfect. It is right on the beachfront, and you can hear the sound of the waves from the apartment. With free parking.

We have already been twice, and the apartments are great. They are right on the beachfront—you can see the sea from the window and it only takes a minute to step onto the sand. It is an idyllic place, and the staff are excellent. I will definitely come back again, 100% recommended!!
